Terms of Service

IndexBear submits the URLs you give it to Google and Bing through our indexing partners and shows you the status of each batch. Search engines alone decide whether, when and how a page is crawled, indexed or ranked (see Google's own guidance). We don't promise indexing, rankings or traffic. We do promise delivery: valid URLs you pay for are submitted, and credits for a batch we fail to deliver are returned automatically.

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure; anyone who controls it can sign in.
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for any API keys you create. Revoke a key straight away if it may have leaked.
• One person or organisation may not open several accounts to collect free credits. We may remove credits obtained that way and suspend the accounts involved.

• Credits are prepaid and bought in bundles. Each URL uses credits at the rate shown for its speed when you submit it; invalid lines and duplicates are removed before anything is charged.
• Credits never expire. They can't be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
• Free credits for new accounts have no cash value and are offered at our discretion.

Only submit URLs you own or are authorised to submit. Don't use IndexBear for:

• content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights;
• malware, phishing, spam, or pages built to manipulate search engines against their guidelines;
• attempts to overload, probe or get around the service's limits, security or rate limits.

We may refuse, pause or remove submissions and suspend accounts that break these rules. Credits spent on submissions that break them aren't refunded.

Prices are shown in US dollars or Bangladeshi taka before you pay. Online payments are processed by our payment partner (currently EPS); we never see or store your card or wallet details. Payments made through chat are confirmed by our team before the credits are added. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

We work to keep IndexBear available and fast, but it's provided as it is and as available. Search engines and our partners change their systems without notice, so speeds and outcomes can vary. We may change features, prices and credit rates; changes never reduce credits you've already bought.

To the extent the law allows, IndexBear isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost rankings, traffic, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using IndexBear at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close an account for any other reason, we'll refund its unused purchased credits.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes we'll also tell you in the dashboard or by email. Continuing to use IndexBear after a change means you accept it.
