Refund Policy

Credits pay for delivery: getting your URLs to Google and Bing. Here's exactly when you get credits or money back.
Failed delivery: credits back, automatically
If a batch can't be delivered to the search engine, every credit charged for it is returned to your balance automatically and shows as a refund in your credit ledger. You don't need to ask.
What you're never charged for
Invalid URLs and duplicates in a batch are removed before it's charged, so they never cost credits.
Pages a search engine doesn't index
Google and Bing decide whether and when to index a page (see Google's guidance). Once a URL has been delivered its credits are spent, so they aren't returned if a search engine chooses not to index it.
Payment mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but didn't receive your credits, contact us within 30 days with the order ID from your billing page. We'll add the missing credits or refund the extra payment to the original payment method. Refunds through the payment gateway usually take 7 to 10 business days to reach you.
Unused credits
Credits never expire, so they stay in your account until you use them. Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or IndexBear closes an account for reasons other than a breach of our Terms.
Free credits
Free credits for new accounts have no cash value and can't be refunded or exchanged.
