What's the difference between Google Instant and Google 24-hour?
Both submit your pages to Google. 24-hour is our standard queue and typically indexes within a day for 1 credit per URL. Instant uses a priority pipeline so Google picks the page up within minutes, for 10 credits per URL.
How does Bing indexing work?
Bing crawls your links quickly after submission (10 credits per URL). If Bing likes what it finds, the page is indexed within minutes; if it doesn't like the page or the domain, it won't index it. Start with a small batch and check the results before sending more.
Professional or Business: which should I pick?
Both unlock every product and the API. Professional bundles suit individual sites and freelancers; Business bundles are larger and cheaper per link, built for agencies and teams. Buy from either at any time and top up whenever you like.
Do new accounts get free credits?
Yes. Every new account gets 20 free credits the first time it signs in: enough for 2 Google Instant or 20 Google 24-hour URLs. No card needed.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy once and use them whenever you publish.
Are there refunds for URLs that don't get indexed?
Indexing depends on the search engine's judgement of your page, so credits are used on submission and aren't refunded when a search engine declines a page. If our system fails to deliver a batch, the credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
